Parent Agreement

  1. How long is the program?

    1. Fall tutoring runs from September 14th - November 20th 

    2. There will be a couple of scheduled breaks within this time period. 

  2. What do you get?

    1. Individual/Small group instruction 

    2. Individualized plan based off your child’s needs

    3. Small task to complete at home

  3. Registration Fee 

    1. Registration Fee is $65

    2. All registration fees are non-refundable!

  4. Price/ Payments 

    1. Virtual Sessions= $80/2 weeks

    2. In-Person=$130/2 weeks 

    3. All Payments must be made through invoice

    4.   All payments must be paid 2 weeks in advance on Fridays.   

    5. First payment will be due Friday August 28th, 2020  and every two weeks after that. Failure to pay on time will result in your child being removed from the program. 


  1. Attendance Policy 

    1. Attendance is extremely important and necessary to see maximum results. Children are allowed to have up to 2 absences. There are no refunds on any missed sessions. However, students can make up to two missed sessions at the end of the program.  There will be a makeup week for students to get their sessions in.  Any student that misses more than 2 sessions/days will be removed from the program.  If there is a possibility that your child may miss more than two sessions please consider signing them up a different semester. Spaces are very limited and we would like to fill them with students that can attend every session. 

    2.  In addition, all tutors work as full time educators and sometimes we have to cancel or reschedule appointments (very rarely) due to meetings for work. If this happens,the prepaid amount will be applied to the next session.  However, we will do our best to notify you ahead of time to avoid the inconvenience. 

  2. Cancellation Policy 

    1. Any no call, no shows will automatically remove your child from the program. 

    2. If you need to cancel your child’s appointment, please call or text your child’s tutor as soon as possible. All cancellations will count towards the 2 absence attendance policy.  Money will not be refunded! However students will be able to make up at least 2 absences at the end of the program. 

  3. Required Information 

    1. All students must have a gmail account set up (cannot use an email provided to them from their school). 

    2. Students may use parents’ email accounts (cannot be associated with a business). 

    3. Downloaded/updated google chrome browser  

  4. Materials 

    1. Please make sure students have a notebook strictly for tutoring sessions and a pencil. 

    2. Chromebook

My son attended Fail Me Not tutoring fall/winter sessions at the Northwest Library. There were times I just stayed at the library to see how the teachers interacted with the students. All three teachers were excellent. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful to my child. l highly recommend Fail Me Not.
