Welcome to the Multiplication Bootcamp, an intensive and action-packed learning experience designed to equip students with strong multiplication skills and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. This dynamic class is designed for students looking to build a solid foundation in multiplication or seeking to reinforce and enhance their existing multiplication abilities.

Course Overview: The Multiplication Bootcamp is a results-oriented program that focuses on empowering students with mastery in multiplication, an essential skill in mathematics and everyday life. Through a combination of interactive activities, hands-on exercises, and strategic problem-solving, participants will develop fluency in multiplication and gain the confidence to tackle more complex mathematical challenges.

Course Objectives:

1. Times Table Proficiency: Students will focus on mastering the times tables from 1 to 12, ensuring rapid recall and accuracy in multiplication facts.

2. Mental Math Strategies: Through engaging mental math exercises, students will sharpen their ability to perform quick and accurate multiplication calculations in their heads.

3. Multiplication Techniques: The class will introduce various multiplication techniques, such as the lattice method, partial products, and area models, providing students with alternative approaches to tackle multiplication problems.

4. Real-Life Applications: Participants will explore real-life scenarios where multiplication is used, emphasizing its importance in everyday situations, including shopping, measurements, and time calculations.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: The class will emphasize problem-solving techniques and the application of multiplication in solving word problems, preparing students for various mathematical challenges.

6. Multiplication Games: Interactive multiplication games and activities will add an element of fun and excitement to the learning process, making multiplication enjoyable and engaging.

7. Multiplication Fact Fluency: Students will practice timed multiplication drills to build speed and fluency in recalling multiplication facts accurately.

ACE Approved Families 

- ACE cannot be used on the registration fee 

- Parents/guardians have to pay out of pocket by the due date and then submit paid invoices through the Merit app to be reimbursed through ACE.
