Tutoring 

Welcome to our tutoring program, a customized and supportive learning experience designed to empower students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. This 3:1 tutoring service is tailored to address the unique academic needs and learning styles of each student, helping them build confidence, improve academic performance, and achieve their full potential.

Program Overview: Our tutoring program provides a flexible and individualized approach to education, catering to students who require extra support, want to excel in specific subjects, or seek enrichment opportunities beyond the regular classroom setting. Whether your child needs help catching up, wants to stay ahead, or desires a deeper understanding of challenging concepts, our expert tutors are here to guide them on their learning journey.

Tutoring 

Key Features:

  1. Personalized Learning Plan: Before tutoring begins, our experienced tutors will conduct an assessment to identify the student's strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Based on the assessment, a personalized learning plan will be developed to address specific learning goals.

  2. Subject Expertise: Our tutors are subject matter experts in various disciplines. They are well-equipped to provide comprehensive support across the K-8 curriculum.

  3. Homework Assistance: Tutors will assist students with their homework, ensuring they understand the concepts being taught in school and reinforcing learning through guided practice.

  4. Concept Reinforcement: For areas where students struggle, tutors will employ different teaching strategies and resources to reinforce key concepts and improve understanding.

  5. Enrichment Activities: Advanced students will be challenged with enrichment activities and projects that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity beyond the regular curriculum.

  6. Test Preparation: As students approach assessments, standardized tests, or exams, tutors will offer targeted test preparation, focusing on test-taking strategies and content review.

  7. Confidence Building: Our nurturing and encouraging tutors will foster a positive learning environment, promoting self-confidence and a growth mindset in each student.

  8. Progress Monitoring: Regular progress assessments will be conducted to track each student's improvement and adjust the tutoring plan as needed.

  9. Additional Practice: Free online math and reading program

  • When: Tuesday/ Thursday  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM 

  • Where: 201 Riverside Dr., Suite 2A, Dayton, OH, 45405

  • Registration Fee: $75 (non-refundable)

  • Price: $265/mo 

  • Payment Dates 

    • September 8th 

    • October 6th

    • November 3rd

ACE Approved Families 

- ACE cannot be used on the registration fee 

- Parents/guardians have to pay out of pocket by the due date and then submit paid invoices through the Merit app to be reimbursed through ACE.

 

Cancellation Policy:  All sales are final.  There are no exchanges or refunds
